Return Policy

Return Window & Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the order date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and (if applicable) have the tags still attached.

Fees & Costs

  • Shipping Fee: Refunds are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of up to $9.95.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care goods: This includes collaborations, hats, socks, and other intimate items.

  • Perishable goods: Food, flowers, or plants.

  • Custom products: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Hazardous materials: Flammable liquids or gases.

The Return Process

  1. Request Required: You must submit a return request prior to sending items back. Items sent without a prior request will not be accepted.

  2. Shipping: If your return is accepted, oNMexis will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package.

  3. Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  4. Timeline: If approved, you will receive refund credit information within 10 business days.

    • Note: If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, you are advised to contact customer support.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • Contact support immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
