What Is A Return Window & Eligibility?
- Timeframe: Qualifying items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the order date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, in their original condition, have the tags still attached, and be in a clear packaging with a SKU label.
What Are Fees & Costs?
- Shipping fees: Refunds are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of up to $9.95.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Return Shipping Fee: Is customer responsibility unless otherwise has been stated.
What Items Are Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)?
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personal care goods: This includes collaborations, hats, socks, bodysuits and other intimate items.
- Perishable goods: Food, flowers, or plants.
- Custom products: Special orders or personalized items.
- Hazardous materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
What Is The Return Process?
- Request Required: You must submit a return request prior to sending items back. Items sent without a prior request will not be accepted.
- Shipping: If your return is accepted, oNMexis will send you instructions on where to send the package.
- Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection withing 10 business days.
