Timeframe: Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the order date.

Condition: Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and (if applicable) have the tags still attached.
Fees & Costs

Shipping Fee: Refunds are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of up to $9.95.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

The Return Process

Request Required: You must submit a return request prior to sending items back. Items sent without a prior request will not be accepted.

Shipping: If your return is accepted, oNMexis will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package.

Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

Timeline: If approved, you will receive refund credit information within 10 business days.
