What Is A Return Window & Eligibility?

  • Timeframe: Qualifying items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the order date.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in their original condition, have the tags still attached, and be in a clear packaging with a SKU label.

What Are Fees & Costs?

  • Shipping fees: Refunds are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of up to $9.95.
  • Restocking Fee:20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Return Shipping Fee: Is customer responsibility unless otherwise has been stated.

What Items Are Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)?

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care goods: This includes collaborations, hats, socks, bodysuits and other intimate items.
  • Perishable goods: Food, flowers, or plants.
  • Custom products: Special orders or personalized items.
  • Hazardous materials: Flammable liquids or gases. 

What Is The Return Process?

  1. Request Required: You must submit a return request prior to sending items back. Items sent without a prior request will not be accepted.
  2. Shipping: If your return is accepted, oNMexis will send you instructions on where to send the package.
  3. Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection withing 10 business days.
  4. Timeline: If approved, you will receive refund credit information within 10 business days
    • Note: If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, you are advised to contact customer support.

       

       

What About Damages & Issues?

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
  • Contact support immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
