Refunds and Returns

oNMexis will accept returns and exchanges for qualifying items of unworn clothing in their original condition. 

To qualify for a refund, items must meet return criteria, be unworn, in their original condition, have the tags still attached, and be in clear packaging with a SKU label. We offer a refund for eligible returns, minus shipping and handling fees, and a 20% restocking fee on all items. Please see the sections below for more information on qualified returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund credit has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive refund credit information within 7-10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at onmexis@onmexis.info. We usually respond within 24 to 48 hours.

Returns are accepted within 30 days. The return inquiry can be made the day tracking shows all items have been delivered in the associated order. All returnable items must be shipped back to us to qualify for a refund. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

Detailed return process to help expedite smooth processing of returns. Please follow these instructions as indicated:

1.    Request a return inquiry from your account.

All items returned must be new, unworn, and in the original clear garment bag with the SKU sticker and tags. Please note that the return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If items are not part of the final sale collection, we will provide a return shipping label. Please attach return labels to the original packaging, containing all qualifying items.

2. Onmexis will receive the package, complete inspection, and email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done. Please allow oNMexis 7 to 10 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. 

Note. Items returned without meeting the above criteria and/or received outside 30 days return window. All items will be declined altogether and will not qualify for a refund.

3.    Onmexis will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done. If the return is determined to be qualifying, we will process a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and the $19.9 shipping and handling fee. The refund processing can take up to 10 business days after we process the return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will need to provide pictures of the affected items and the issue. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), which include collaborations, hats, socks, bodysuits, other intimate items, and final sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
